XPS 15 just boots to black screen every time :( Any ideas?

I have a 2021 Dell XPS 15 9510 i7-11800H. It just boots to the black screen sometimes I will get the Dell logo and then ti goes black, sometimes I dont even get the dell logo, its just black

Strange thing is if I force it to power down holding the power button, SOMETIMES it will actually boot and the screen will come on and I can enter windows and use the computer, but thats maybe 1 in 6 times, the rest of the time it doesnt work. I can see it is trying to boot, might just be a display issue. I can see th ered lights near the camera flashing to identify my face to login, etc., but just stays black. Any ideas? Thank you
