XPS 15 9500 (Video playback issue and windows 11 lagging issue fixed)

Finally, I fixed this issue on my laptop, The lag and video stutter was due to the power saving mode enabled in the Intel Graphics Command Center.

How I fixed this issue ?

NOTE: THE INTEL GRAPHICS COMMAND CENTER CAN BE FOUND <IF NOT INSTALLED> IN MS STORE APP

Open the app (Intel Graphics Command Center > go to System tab > then go to power section > make sure you disable all the stuff which says you to save battery (in my case i turned all the tabs off) )

the windows performance is now exceptionally improved and no more video stutter issue
