XPS 13 9360, asks for BitLocker after update, fixed for me
Hello all,
I ran into this helping my dad as his XPS 13 also ran into this after an update. I tried several things without luck, many of the mentioned here. What helped us in the end was trying a different email address from my dad and luckily that one was the one that had the recovery key. We had only tried Microsoft accounts thinking it was all that worked, but the one that had it was a Gmail account. So if anything, try any alternate emails you may have!
