XPS 13 9350 is not powering on.

Hi all,

I have a XPS 13 9350 and it is not powering on. When I press the power button with power cable plugged in, the power light turns on for few seconds and goes off again. Screen does not power on and no fan noise.

The power cable has an LED that is on, so it is working?

When I press the battery indiciator button on the left side of the laptop, it shows battery is fully charged. (all 5 lights turn on)

I have tried to take the back cover off, disconnect the main battery, the CMOS battery, the SSD, the WIFI module, hold the power button for 30 seconds or more and then plug everything and press the power button and nothing happens.

I tried the above again, but this time plugged the power cable in and then pressed the power button and still nothing.

I tried unplugging the main battery and CMOS and plugged the power cable and press the power button and nothing.

I tried to press the D key at the same time as power button to test the displan and it turns on and goes through all the colors, so it is working?

What can I do or is this toast?
