XPS 13 (9315) screen randomly blurred at any time

I bought XPS 13 9315 a few weeks ago. I often see a blurred screen at any time. This occurs when I try to do google browsing, open words, or even just turn on the computer from sleep mode. I did not damage the computer by either the fall or something else. I try to replace the order but they didn't allow me to do so. I am so disappointed and frustrated as the frequency is getting higher. Is there any solution?
