XPS 13 9300, shuts down instead of sleep, closes all app
I bought my computer at the beginning of July and had nothing but problems since. I had a major error trying to install the BIOS update which ended in having to reinstall Windows. This caused me to lose all of my Masters assignments (20 hours of work). Since then, anytime the computer goes to sleep it has an abrupt shutdown closing all apps and again losing my work. This is by far the most expensive worse computer I have ever own.

Dell cannot process a refund for your computer since it is outside the initial 30 days from the Dell invoice date. We can still help you troubleshoot the issues, and if needed, set up a repair service.
You should start by running the pre-Windows ePSA Diagnostics. Then provide to us the results.

The private message was to tell me to contact someone else which has been my experience with Dell for the majority of the last 2 months. You seriously have the worst customer service I have ever seen. This computer is a complete loss for me as I have to buy something else that is reliable.
