I cannot get all 3 displays to show their maximum resolution when I get it to the dock.

2 of the monitors I am using a DVI to Display Port. Active. adapter

1 using DVI to Active Usb C adapter (with also an optional usb C active to HDMI, [later on that])

Both monitors are using the DP and that never changes

The other monitor, if i choose the thunderbolt port. It work full resolution

If I use the MFDP USB-C it caps one of them to 1280 x 800.

I then bought this "Elebase USB-C Female to HDMI Male Cable Adapter,USB Type C 3.1 Input to HDMI Output Converter,4K 60Hz USBC Thunderbolt 3 Adapter" - https://www.amazon.com/Adapter-Converter-Thunderbolt-MacBook-Chromebook/dp/B0836T5P4Q

This allowed me to use HDMI.

When I plug in the HDMI into the dock I am again limited to 1280x 800

When I plug the HDMI into the computer however everything is fine again.

I looked at this site to see why it wouldn't work and I can't even understand what I'm looking at.

The thing is I am using 2 laptops. and one of them, when I plug a monitor into the usb (non thunderbolt) the usb c monitor doesn't work. (perhaps my laptop port is broken, I'll trouble shoot that later) HP ProBook 650 G5

the thing is  why can't i get all resolution using the MFDP USB-C

Sorry if this is confusing.

Ok so if anyone else sees this.

So my laptop is HBR2 (HBR2 x8 lanes - 34.5 Gbps)

And my monitor have only 2 native resolution.

QHD and then half that.

So being that DP1.4 + MFDP Type-C: 2 x QHD (2560 x 1440) @60 Hz + 1 x FHD (1920 x 1080) @60 Hz

The MFDP maximum is full HD , but my monitor does not natively go there so it's limited to

1280 x 800 and I can't adjust it higher.

I happened to have a old school TV with HDMI. And I hooked it up and I was able to get

2x QHD with 1FHD.

yeah... My monitors are weird
