Stuck on Dell logo on boot
Latitude 7490
My dell laptop recently gets stuck on the dell logo while on boot
I've ran diagnostics to see for any hardware issues and didn't get any errors for it.
I tried a windows usb drive to repair the windows but when i select usb to boot It gets stuck aswell.

Remove the SSD -- will the system then POST or begin Windows setup?

So i removed the nvme drive that had the windows setup and tried to use the usb to boot into a windows setup![]()
but it was again stuck on the windows logo
