OS Recovery Tool fails to download

Im trying to download the SupportAssistant Recovery OS to USB through the link below, the download fails at the "SupportAssistant OS Content 2 of 6" with an error "Unable to locate file to download.Please contact tech support for additional assistance". Trying to download for service tag "Service tag removed" for Dell XPS 15 9570 https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/OSISO/recoverytool?lwp=rt

Thank you for your message. Did you get the same error with both the files available 4.24 GB & 5.86 GB?

 

Are you connected wired or wireless?

 

If wireless try a wired connection & try this link to download & create the recovery file. Once the download is completed use this link to know how to reinstall the image.

 

For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.

You should not expose your service tag.

Did you try the image download, the second box which downloads the entire 5.5 GB(or so) image?
