LAN Ethernet stopped working on DELL XPS 15 9560 after connecting with the Dock – WD19DCS

I have a DELL XPS 15 9560 and after connecting with the Dell Performance Dock – WD19DCS, LAN Ethernet stopped working either through dock or Gigabit USB 3.0 Ethernet Adapter. Before this event it has worked pretty fine. I tried ethernet adapter in all USB ports of my Dell but does not work. I tried the Ethernet Adapter in another Laptop it works fine. I do not use Dock – WD19DCS, it was just a try, I want to continue using Gigabit USB 3.0 Ethernet Adapter and trying to fix it because my working post is far from the router and it can not deliver enough Wi-Fi signal.

I tried to figure it out in google and at the and I tried Network Reset. After Network Reset both Wi-Fi and LAN missed in the Task Bar. I figured out to reinstate at least Wi-Fi changing the Startup Type of AutoConfig to Automatic. I am not such an expert in this field and I need some help to bring it back. I tried using a restore system point but unfortunately I had it off and the only point to choose is this in what I am. In device manager I uninstalled both Realtek USB GbE Family Controller (I believe was installed by dock) and Realtek USB FE Family Controller (I think it is from USB adapter). In the Device Manager under Network Adapters and Realtek USB FE Family Controller it is hidden.

When I remove out the USB adapter it shows normal not hidden and when I bring it back it goes again hidden. When I plug USB adapter, in the Change Network Adapters window it shows as disabled (in grey) and goes way, and in the down -right corner of screen shows the message that Windows does not recognize this USB. I have tested USB ports with other USB devices and memory sticks and everything is O.K.

I disabled MAC Through under Post Behavior in BIOS but it did not worked.

I believe that if I will format PC and reinstall fresh Windows will fix all things but this will be the last step if I will not fix it.

P.S. My O.S is Windows 10 Pro.

Thank you in advance for your help.
