Keyboard backlight for top row function keys doesn't work, so keys don't work
XPS 13 Plus 9320
Keyboard backlight for top row, which are the function keys, only works intermittently, mostly doesn't work for top row function keys at all. Anyone found a fix for this problem? I have no way to access my "esc" and other keys without the light.

@Chino de Oro Yes and I spent 90 minutes with Dell support tonight and still don't have a resolution, nor a diagnosis. So, looking for responses anywhere I can get them.

Working intermittently is a hardware issue. The ultimate solution is contact warranty support to have the issue resolved with repair/replacement under warranty.
