I just need help can you help

One day I open my computer and it said your PC ran into a problem it needs to reset will reset it for you. After it said that it started loading it said pre-pairing automatic repair and it loaded some more diagnosing your PC and after it said that it said your PC did not start correctly and then it said press reset to reset your PC which can sometimes fix the problem you can also press advanced options to try other options to repair your PC I pressed  reset and it loaded some more then it went back to your PC ran into a problem it needs to reset we're just collecting some errors info and then we'll reset it for you then it went black and then it turned back on and then it said preparing automatic repair and then it loaded some more and then went back to the your PC did not start correctly and it keeps doing that over and over so I pressed advanced options and pressed troubleshoot and it said reset this PC or advanced options so I pressed reset this PC again and I pressed keep all files and then it said there was a problem resetting your PC no changes were made so I pressed cancel and then I troubleshoot it again pressed reset this PC again and pressed remove everything it said getting things ready and then it said there was a problem resetting your PC so I pressed cancel then I pressed troubleshoot and pressed advanced options and pressed system restore

 it said that so I pressed cancel after I push cancel I pressed continue and it went to the hb loading screen and after it loaded it didn't work so I just turned off the laptop. Do you have any idea why it is doing this..?
