Error updating the BIOS ME region of Dell laptop XPS 13 9530. Help please

An error occurred when updating the BIOS to version 1.12.2: ME update failed

BIOS installation fails. The laptop works without problems, but when loading immediately after the DELL screen, two errors appear:

(a7) Me FW Downgrade - Request MeSpiLock Failed

Error sending End Post message to ME: HECI disabled, proceeding with boot!

I had completely erased the factory dell disk with all partitions, so it is not possible to restore the BIOS from it. I did a BIOS downgrade from version 1.12.2 to 1.6.1. But the error when updating ME remains. Also, when loading, the message (a7) Me FW Downgrade - Request MeSpiLock Failed is displayed. The second boot error appears with BIOS version 1.9.0. I installed drivers for pure win 10 for ME from the Dell site and from the official site. Disabled TPM. This does not solve the problem when installed.
