Can anyone help me with this issue, I find the screen is flickering with Dell XPS 9310 i7 4k, even after I did a new installation of windows, uninstalling and re-installing again the display drivers from both Intel website and Dell website. but it seems the issue still exists. I have this laptop now in less than a month. My old XPS 9350 had a problem with the motherboard which I did not realize just after 3 years of having the old one ( which is still not really that old) but it ended up that I had a defective item. I'm afraid to have the same situation with this new one and Dell starts to manipulate technical supports paid service after I pass 30 days return or after 1-year warranty.
can anyone advise me with a solution and if anyone faced the same issue and what happened afterward?

Power-on while holding down the " D " key.
Does the same screen appear or does it show the full screen self tests???

I just realized from their tech support this is a motherboard problem. the same issue I had with my old XPS 9350 that I discovered after 3 years of usage and they abused me before getting this to have a paid repair for it which ended up I threw out the device because of the same issue. Thank God that I discovered the issue within its 30 days with this new one.

How long the battery stays with you? mine is almost 4hrs with light use with 0 brightness.
