Hi, my Dell XPS 15 9570 is updated to the latest BIOS version 1.17.1 as shown in System Information, however Device Manager is still showing the System Firmware 1.16.2 (previous version). Any idea why Device Manager does not show 1.117.1 instead? Thanks

Right click>Update driver and it should fix it for you.
