Dell XPS 15 9510 mit i9-11900H

I want to use VT-X/EPT with VmWare Workstation, Hyper-V is not installed. VM Plattform also not installed, the options are activated in Bios, Intel Homepage says the processor have the feature and the notebook and the Intel Processor Identification says the processor the option is not present. Coudl sopme one help here.
