Dell XPS 13 - won't boot up
Pressing the power button illuminates the keyboard lights for 3-4 seconds but the laptop won't power off. Holding the D button on keyboard while turning on via power button will cycle the screen from black, red, blue but then laptop doesn't boot up.

Correction, the laptop won't boot up after pressing the power button.

Perform a hardware reset to clear residual power. Remove AC power and disconnect battery. Press and hold power button for 30 seconds. Reconnecting all power and test again.
