Dell XPS 13 stuck rebooting
Hi I recently turned my Dell XPS 13 9365 and it went through an update. After hitting 100% it got stuck in the black logo screen with the spinning dots and will stay like that. What can I do? I’ve tried hard reset and the FN power - FN windows trick but nothing seems to work.

If your Dell XPS 13 is stuck on a black logo screen with spinning dots, you can try these steps:
Force restart: Press and hold the power button for up to 20 seconds to force a restart.
Release residual power: Disconnect the AC adapter, remove the battery, press and hold the power button for 5–8 seconds, then reconnect the battery and AC adapter.
Update BIOS: Updating the BIOS on the computer can help fix black screen issues.
Enter system setup: Press the F2 key to enter system setup, set the hard drive as the primary boot device, save the changes, and restart the computer.
