Dell XPS 13 9370 won't boot from usb stick after drive replacement
I have replaced SSD in my XPS 13. Then using Dell OS Recovery tool I have made a bootable USB stick and tried to boot my laptop with the clean drive inside and install windows off it. However, after hitting F12 and choosing to boot from USB stick it just loads forever with dell logo on screen. What did I do wrong? How can I fix this>

I am not familiar with the Dell OS Recovery Tool. What I have used for doing a clean install of Windows 10 is to download the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool, create the installation data on a USB flash drive, then boot from that drive and install Windows 10 from it. Then you can install any needed drivers and software you want to use. If you wanted to keep everything you have on your current drive, you could install Macrium Reflect on the old drive and clone it to the new one, then replace the old one with the new one. The MCT drive also gives you a great tool for troubleshooting your system in case you cannot boot it.
