Dell XPS 13 9340 - Oracle Virtualbox (Linux Distributions): Right CTRL (Co-Pilot) key

Hello there,

I will be receiving my new Dell XPS 13 9340 pre-loaded with Windows 11 Pro soon and I have a question regarding the "right CTRL key" which has been replaced with the Microsoft Windows Co-Pilot key. Oracle Virtualbox 7.1.2 will be installed and be used as a virtual machine loading various distributions of Linux such as Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS, Red Hat 9.7 and Oracle Linux. My question is, "Will the current Microsoft Windows Co-Pilot key still be functional as the right CTRL key when a Linux Virtual Machine is loaded?" My previous laptop which is a Dell XPS 13 9300 could accomplish this function; however, other keyboards from other laptops such as a Microsoft Surface Pro 8 keyboard had the "right CTRL key" removed.

Much Appreciated to whoever answers!

So, I am disappointed to say that the "right CTRL key" does not work when using a desktop version of a Red Hat version of Linux such as Oracle Linux. The only way to exit out of a Oracle Virtual Box is to press "CTRL+ALT+DEL" and select "Task Manager" in Windows 11 Pro to gain access to the mouse cursor on the screen. If only the "Fn key" could enable the "right CTRL key" set in the BIOS which would make exiting the Oracle Virtual Box window easier. I hope the Dell Engineers can code a fix as there are Ubuntu users who have Linux pre-installed on their Dell XPS 13 laptops.

Just my opinion.
