Dell xps 13 9310 slow boot time

Hello,

The boot time of my xps is very slow (around 1m30 sec to reach the windows lock screen) compared to my colleague who has the same model and it only take 50 seconds. 

I already performed a full reset using Dell Recovery Assist and the problem did not disappear.
