Camera not working since 10/18/2023--XPS 9320 Running Windows 11
XPS 13 Plus 9320
The camera is no longer detectable on my new (July 2023) as of 10/18/2023. I have been on the phone with a Dell service tech three times with no luck. I have checked the BIOS, replaced the driver, run Support Assist, and followed every other bit of advice that I have been able to find on the web. I think the tech will want to reset my entire system on the next call. I'm reluctant to do this as it is highly time-consuming (and it also might not work.)
Are there any other steps short of a full reset?

@Chino de Oro Thank you. A Dell tech used the cmd prompt to remove all drivers and then downloaded a fresh set. It took about an hour, but worth avoiding a system reset!

No, you do not need to reset the whole system. There is a large thread about the XPS 9320 camera issue. Follow the solution provided by DELL-Nat M to restore the camera functionality.
