Camera not detected in Ubuntu 24.04, XPS-9320
There is no driver available for camera of XPS-9320 at Ubuntu 24.04, tried to install drivers from 22.04 but didn't work out.

To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.
The online XPS 13 Plus 9320 Drivers & Downloads page shows all that Ubuntu 24.04 is not tested/validated By Dell.

I have the same problem on a new developer edition 9320 that came with 22.04, also the computer does not sleep and wake properly. Please release appropriate drivers for 24.04.

Dell support is not helpful and barricades behind the sentiment that the OS of a computer can never be upgraded (which is an absurd stance). Original quote:

I have U22.04 installed as supplied but have also install U24.04 as dual boot. Sure enough, the webcam works under U22.04 which includes a proprietary driver from Dell. The U24.04 installation does not have a proprietary driver and the webcam cannot be found using Zoom. It would be appreciated if Dell could make a proprietary webcam driver available for U24.04.
I have an older XPS13 (9333) on which I have installed U24.04 and everything works including its webcam which doesn't require a proprietary driver. Dell's relunctance to provide a driver is not doing them any favours as U24.04 is supposed to be the latest Long Term Support version of Ubuntu, replacing U22.04.

Same problem on XPS 9320 with linux mint 22 based on <Non-supported. DELL-Admin> ubuntu 24.04.
