Bought a piece of junk

Not worth it. Very bad quality.

I thought XPS is the premium quality but not. Motherboard gone in less than 6 months and premium support is not up to the mark. They dont know that hard drive is integrated with the motherboard.  Very big design flaw. They are forcing to have paid premium support with this design flaw.Will not suggest this to anyone. It just died on one fine morning. Definitely they lost a customer like me.

What you're calling a "design flaw" is standard practice for many slim notebooks, including all macbooks of the past decade or longer.

It sounds like you didn't back up your data -- which isn't a system problem;  it's a user problem.  That isn't covered by any warranty from any manufacturer.
