XPS 8960, turns itself off

XPS 8960 Windows 11. Seemingly turns itself off when not being used. Must be unplugged and plugged in before it will start. Start button alone won't restart the computer. Doesn't look like any of my anti spy/malware/virus programs are making it shut off.

Start by running the PSU BIST, using the instructions for a PC without a PSU test button on the back.

@RoHe  Thanks I will try it. Thought I had it licked when I turned off malwarebytes but after 4-5 days it did it again.

Does PSU have a clicking problem when PC is put to sleep?
