XPS 8950, stuck on logo

Question

My Dell XPS 8950 is stuck on the dell logo. I can’t seem to open the BIOS settings, and my keyboard and mouse won’t work either, no matter what they’re plugged into. I’ve tried several hard resets, but nothing works. I’m stuck, and I need this computer to work again. Help?

Except for mouse and keyboard, remove all other devices from USB ports then test again.

Any event leading to the issue would be helpful with troubleshooting and diagnostics.  If you are comfortable with working inside the system, remove components to minimum until you get POST error message and or LED codes.  Then start to reinstall piece by piece to locate the problem components.
