XPS 8700, SATA port specifications

Hello,

I have a Dell XPS 8700 running WIN7..My motherboard is a Dell 0KWVT8.  Can anyone please tell me the speeds of ALL SATA ports on this MB?

Also, what does the color-code on the Sata ports mean?

I'm hooking up Hard drives to the MB and need to know all the speeds so that I can hook them up correctly.
