Replacing the Nvidia GeForce 640M video card on the XPS 2710

I have been unable to find any information on how to replace the discrete Nvidia GeForce GT-640M video card on my XPS 2710. It works, but I get "rain" all over the screen when I try to run any games. Assuming I can even locate a replacement, does anyone have the information on how to remove the installed card? Thank you.

These systems have GPU SOLDERED To the motherboard. There isn't a replacement other than a new motherboard.

The XPS ONE used an MXM module.  This one I don't know that it has that.

There is also a mod to the case to add more cooling.

This card maybe video card (?).  Because when I unplug the two connectors and turn it on.  The computer is on but no screen.  When I connect it back, screen comes back and working okay for few minutes then start flickering again.   I am trying to get this card replace if I could find it.
