Dell XPS t450 Drivers

I am rebuilding an old desktop I have, XPS T450. I am rebuilding it to play Windows 98 games on an actual Windows 98 machine. The support.dell.com does not have any of the drivers anymore for this machine. I wanted to know

Is there an actual "chipset" driver for this machine, if so where can I download it and any other driver for this machine?

Is there a place I can download the A011 Bios Update? (or later if available)
