I have a similar question. Did you ever find an answer?
I think some smart<ADMIN NOTE: Profanity removed as per TOU> set the password on one of these before we finished setting up the lab. How do you get a challenge code? All I get is an ever increasing delay.
Is this just a place where customers chat with each other or does someone actually work here?
