Installing WSM Client 5 on Windows Thin PC

For anyone trying to do this as well I fixed the problem.
I installed the patch using VMWare Thinstall software that captures a before and after shot of the system and lists everything that had changed.
I had to modify some hardware registry entries so the Client software would see the values it wanted.
I also removed some entries that the patch put into the registry in a different form than what the client wanted.
After that the client installs perfectly and captured fine as well.

I have streamed the OS and all seems well, no errors or crashes.

For those wanting to use Windows Thin PC (even though not officially supported)
The following are the registry mods I had to do, (All Registry Keys are owned by SYSTEM and Ownership must be taken by Administrator first before applying, then set back to SYSTEM)
Change InstallUser to the SID of your Administrator

Windows Thin PC is notlisted as a supported Operating Systems, only Windows 7 Professional and Enterprise.
Maybe the Microsoft Hotfix is behaving differently on Thin PC than it is on a full Windows OS and hence the WSM Client cannot find this information and does not allow to continue.
