DHCP Best Pratices?

So I'm trying to understand this a little better. If my R00L clients have the most updated firmware from WYSE, will updating the image's NIC drivers help? The R00L clients are using a Realtek RLT8169/8110 gigabyte controller and newer drivers are available from Realtek.

Updating the NIC drivers in the OS Image will not help, as these would be loaded way after the PXE process.
The boot sequenze is: BIOS self-test -> PXE-Boot -> download & execution of WSM Bootstrap -> contact WSM Server -> start streaming -> generic part of OS streams -> NIC driver kicks in -> OS streaming continues.
