Wyse C10 LE firmware
Recently I updated the firmware for a C10LE to C10LE - 8.3_B011, the device was reboot and appeared to pull the new firmware with no issues. This morning when a user went to use the device it just had a black screen with a red X. We had the user reboot the device and try preforming a G Key reset but there was no change.
I attempted to downgrade to C10LE_8.1_027 but there was no change.
I had another terminal upgrade to C10LE - 8.3_B011 and did not have the issue but was not able to upgrade to C10LE - 8.3_B014.
Has anyone seen these issues with the C10LE firmware?

Hi Ghost Dragon,
no this is not a common problem.
1.- Please update to the last available C10 Firmware: 8.3_109 Filename: C10_wnos from http://bit.ly/DellDigitalLocker
2.- If the system is under warranty, test another Monitor + open a ticket here: https://techdirect.dell.com

I'm looking for the firmware you have for C10Le. Is it possible if you can send it to me?

HI Josh,
How do I get my Wyse purchases to appear in my digital locker? I have Wyse branded C10LE devices.

Andy,
Wyse ThinOS requires that you have a Software Maintenance contract in order to gain access to the firmware files in the Digital Locker. Since the C10LE is 5 years past its EOL date, Software Maintenance is no longer available. You would need to contact tech support to see if they can provide it to you.
