Wyse 3040 dual monitor artifacting

I have updated a Wyse 3040 from ThinOS 8.6 to 9.3.3099 to start using WMS. When connecting to our rd server (2008r2) the second monitor has heavy artifacting which makes it unusable. The only remedy I have found is to disconnect the session (not log out of rd) and reconnect and it goes away, or force span which is too clunky for our employees to use. Connecting to Server 2022 works without issue.

I have tried just about every combination of monitor and rdp settings in WMS; hardware decoding (no change), force span (clunky to use), switching monitors around (seems to only affect the right monitor, regardless of which is plugged where or which is primary, its always the one to the right in the monitor alignment), even trying another Wyse 3040 which has the same problem. Server 2022 RD is in the works but until we can configure and test everything, we need this to work with 2008r2.

Same here. It is OS related, because we use 3040 and 5070 and they Both have this issue.

I have searched the internet and read some documentation, but is looks like ThinOS 9 doesn't support 2008R2 anymore.

You can roll back to 8.6 with the Merlin image (trying this as we speak), but ThinOS 9 is a no go with 2008R2

Hi together, i also get smaller artifacts using latest ThinOS and Citrix VDAs LTSR 2203Cu1 on Win Server 2019 or Windows 10 VDAs.
