Allow all user to calibrate touch screen

Hi All,

I have searched every where with no luck for a solution.

We have many 3040 devices connected to an elo multitouch monitors which from time to time for no reason need to be calibrate. I need to allow users to open peripheral menu in order to calibrate till we found the reason why the monitors keep losing touch calibration.
