Wyse 5070 Wyse ThinOS 8_6_606 Remote Connections Deleted
I have a Wyse 5070 with Wyse ThinOS and every time I reboot the thin client the remote connections are delete from the connection manager and I have to add them again. I'm creating a remote desktop connection and am able to connect fine when I finish adding the connection, but once the thin client is either powered off and back on or restarted, that connection is no longer listed in the connection manager. What setting needs to change to allow that remote desktop connection to be retained in the connection manager?

Did you manage to solve this problem? I'm having the same exact problems. Everytime I add remote connections on the thin client, they get removed after boot up. Please let me know if you managed to solve this issue!

Try adding this to your INI or advanced line in WMS
SessionConfig=rdp EnableLocal=Yes

Thank you for your reply, but I do not have access to WMS. I'm trying to configure a Wyse 3040 and make RDP connections without a broker. I managed to add the RDP connections but everytime the device restarts or reboots, the connections get deleted. Any way to solve this without WMS?

ThinOS is designed to be managed and there are a limited amount of settings that can be controlled from the GUI, by design.
With ThinOS 8.6 you can use INI files on an FTP server or WMS.
Unfortunately, both of those settings must be controlled by the method above.
