WYSE 3030 and 3040 Clients and Windows 10 Update 1903
I have several Hyper-V Clients that are setup with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit OS. Just recently all of my Clients were required to force install the Update. Out of the 30 or so Clients, about 10% are having an issue with the Mouse cursor disappearing intermittently. The cursor disappears in Word, Excel, Google...almost anywhere that Text would be typed in.I have gone thru on the Clients that are being reported, and forced to remove the update. Not the solution I want.
Has anybody had this experience? I have the 1903 update installed and several of the PC's here at work and none are giving me the same disappearing cursor issue like the Thin Clients. Please let me know if there is a fix out there in Forum Land.
Thank You,
Duggan

What operating system is on the thin client? ThinOS, or ThinLinux?
What version?
What broker are you using?
What version?

Issue RESOLVED!! DELL released the Update/Hotfix with Firmware 8.6_027. I tested on several 3030 and 3040 clients and users are reporting back good results. Performance is back to normal and cursor is no longer an issue. I have tested this with VM's running the WIN 10 1903 update also.

I jumped the gun. Still....another issue.
More details!!! I have received fairly good feedback on this update as far as Cursor and performance. HOWEVER, now when a user logins in, REMOTE AUDIO Volume is 100%. I am unable to control the Windows Volume at startup. If I set at 0% or even MUTE it in Windows, next login it is back to 100%. At this point, I can only DISABLE Playback from the CONNECTION MANAGER for each Client Account on each WYSE Device!! Not really a solution. ANy suggestions? Disabling Playback is not a real solution as Users need sound for various Webinars.
