Failed to push Microsoft patches into thin client via WDM. Help!

Hello,

Please help me with my issue pushing the Security patches on the thin clients. Im always getting an error like this " Try  1:Process Exit Status shows failure. Ret:1 Line#: 38 Cmd:EX  C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe   C:\windows\Setup\LookForErrorLog.ps1 -KBNumber KB4042895-InstallerType MSU   + " I have no idea where to check those errors. Also, this is my first time to use WDM and hoping that can somebody would be able to help me on this.
