Dell wyse 5070 Fatal error. Decryption failed.

Hi.

I have a unit 5070 with Windows 10 on it but when i try to start it, it goes directly into Fatal error. Decryption failed. It then tells me to make sure TMP and TPP to ON. It is. The log shows me the following.

 Is there a way to restore it or reimage the unit ?
