Configuration wyse wnos.ini / user.ini

Hello everyone,

I come to you because I do not know if it is possible to do my configuration.  

Let me explain:

all my users on my network use wyses and connect in RDP by a broker. This configuration is set directly on my wnos.ini file, and is functional. All people in the IT department have a physical computer, but may have to travel. When they do, they connect to a wyse (and my user.ini file) and add them (in the bar on the left) a link to their physical machine.

My problem:

when the technicians move, and they connect to a wyse with their login, there is an RDP session that starts (which takes me from the resource on my servers) and a connection directly to the physical station.

My expectations:

When the technicians move, and they connect to a wyse, I would like that there is no automatic RDP connection, but that the connection to the physical station. Because techs do not need to use my server resources. or at least, that the wyse gives me the choice of what I am connecting to.
