Cannot Connect To VMWare View: Connection Failed

Cannot Connect To VMWare View: Connection Failed

I have been testing Wyse PocketCloud Pro for about two weeks now and have had no issue until today, I have one users VDI that will not connect. I received the message VMware View Connection Failed! Please check your connection setting and try again. I have reset their VDI through VM View and it will let it connect until you log out or disconnect. This user worked all last week with no issue and I'm able to connect to other users VDI without any problems. I have setup a new VDI and have remove the user from the view server and added them back, it will connect once or twice and then after that you are not able to connect. I'm running version 4.2.6 on the iPhone and we are running VMware View Manager 4.0 on our server. I have replaced the domain and user name with stars: This is the information that is showing up in the event logs of the view manager:

Hi Whoward, Please upgrade your view server to 4.6 and see if you can reproduce. 4.0 has many known issues.

Any reason why it would affect one user? Even after removing and adding the user back and not cause any other connection problems with other user that use pocket-cloud. Is there anything else that can be check. I had not planned on doing the upgrade until we completed increasing our storage for our VDIS.
