Portrait mode is mostly unusable with on-screen keyboard

Hi,
I like the app and I just bought the paid version, but it seems to have the same issue almost every other RDP app has: you can't see what you're typing when using an on-screen keyboard.
It's not possible to "scroll" the window high enough to actually see the bottom of the desktop when in portrait mode. It does work in landscape mode, but I'd like to be able to do it in portrait mode too.

Is it possible to fix this?

The keyboard auto-popup function also doesn't work, using the wyse companion app on my desktop (Windows 7 x64).

edit: Sprint Epic 4G running Froyo 2.2.1. Also happens on my Desire HD, which has no physical kb.
