DroidX not connecting

Unhappy DroidX not connecting

I often get the message "Remote Machine Unavailable, the remote machine you are trying to connect to is offline and unavailable". I say 'often' as in about 75 percent of the time. Makes no difference if I'm in the area of the computer or not, by wifi or not. (I'm using a mac). I don't do anything different to connect or anything different when I can't connect. I can restart the computer and it doesn't seem to affect it one way or the other. Please help. This is a great tool (when it works) and I need it often.

Hi,

If your machine is dispalyed as unavailable then you need to re-login in Windows Companion Google account on PC.

What is Windows Companion Google account. I don't use Windows, it's a mac. Are you saying to log into the google account on the pc? Does it have to be that PC or are you just saying that I need to log into google? Your answer isn't clear and doesn't make any sense.

HI MJ,
do you have network coverage when you see this error? Are you on wifi or 3g? Can you please try browsing the internet using the devcie browser?
