Wyse Management Suite - 5010 D90D7
I've checked out a spec sheet and it was mentioned that the 5010's Windows 7 Embedded works with Wyse Management Suite.
We've tried to setup using KIOSK mode, Application mode and using RDP. None of these are working.
We are able to use the VNC function.
The machine has WDA 14.2.0.5 installed.

Make sure you have the write filter turned on.
No policies will apply without the write filter.
If you are configuring items in the "WYSE Easy Setup" portion of the policy, you have to make sure you have Easy Setup installed on the device

Thanks for the reply, I have write filter turned on, but it's not picking up anything, maybe it's just too old? Not sure.
I just installed the WYSE easy setup on this machine with write filter off / then turned it back on and still no good.
Any other ideas?

The age of the device should not matter, and it is supported.
So the device is registered in WMS, and it is in a group that has a policy applied to it?
Do any settings apply to the device?
Can you reboot the device from WMS?

Got it figured out, Didn't know we needed the install of Wyse Easy Setup, I turned the write filter off, installed WES, patched WES with your link, turned the write filter back on and was able to get KIOSK mode to work.
