I assume you are talking about a Windows 10 IOT thin client?   If you are using WMS cloud and trying to image Win10, you will need an on-premises repository installed and registered.  The thin client will also need to be able to locate (DNS lookup) the name of the on-premises repo, and be able to reach it using 443 and 1883.

Do you have all those pieces in place?

After a month I was able to find the solution

You just have to uncheck the option Fast upload and download of files (HTTP):

i just wanted to point out that this is not always an option.  Thin clients are meant to be mobile and light weight, we use them all over the country and they can connect back to our network.  We need a solution that allows us to have public facing repositories.  Or there should be an feature built into the cloud version to manage app deployments.  We use koisk mode with an RDP session to allow access to our applcations.  But we still need a way to get these thin clients updated remotely.
