VNC Shadow to NAT'd IP
I work for an MSP that has a VPN tunnel to one of our clients. There are NAT rules between our facility and theirs to avoid IP conflicts. I deployed Dell Wyse (3040) terminals there, and they are registered to our WMS system, however I can't remote VNC shadow them due to what appears to be NAT rules. Is there a way for me to change the IP Address of the VNC remote Shadow connection as a work around?

There is no way to change it. Limitations in VNC capabilities is one of the major drivers to introducing P2P shadowing in the Dell thin client portfolio.
Currently, P2P shadowing is supported for ThinOS, and coming to WinIOT soon. There are some caveats, however. P2P shadowing for ThinOS was introduced in 2402, but only supported P2P to WMS Cloud.
On-Premises support was added in 2405 and WMS 4.4, but the 3040 has reached the EOFS phase and the last firmware was 2402. My advice would be upgrade to Optiplex 3000 thin clients to take advantage of this feature.
