Upgraded to WMS 3.2.1; Now my Last user for admins show as html tags

So I upgraded to WMS 3.2.1, from 3.0.  Now when I go to the Devices page and look at the last user column, my global administrators show up as html tags.  Example:  John Vallejos

I upgraded to version 3.5.2, hoping it would fix, but it is still the same.  Any suggestions?
