Wyse 532 and old Philips transcriber foot pedal compatibility
I've got an older Philips LFH 0210/90B pedal and we just tried using it with a newer Wyse 532 thin client. We're running citrix xendesk 5.6. What happens when I plug the pedals in is the pedals start receiving as mouse buttons. Anyone have any ideas what I can do to try and fix it? These pedals were working normally on some old HP thin clients we had installed. I can't recall the model number of those though.
