WDM 4.9 - How to mass uninstall application from Z90 (WES7)

Hope someone can assist me, im trying to create a package to remove an application.

WYSE support has sent me an example of a package but I am new to WDM, im not sure where to start.

Can anyone guide me on how to modify the package to remove the application we have?
