RapportDB Primary Filegroup Full

RapportDB Primary Filegroup Full

WDM 4.9.0 Standard version on W2K8 R2 server;

When opening console program, the error message is displayed:
[-2147217900] WriteSystemLog: Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.SystemLog' in database 'RapportDB' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.

Since this is the Standard edition - and SQL Express - it looks to me as if the database is bumping up against the 4Gig limit. However, I have no way of knowing which files I can eliminate or which to add.

Anyone know how to resolve this?
TIA
Rick

I'm new to this Wyse stuff and am having my own issues but...

Assuming disk space isn't full... You might be right. First thing I would do is backup the database. Perhaps run a report to see which tables are eating up the space. Typically there's a log/event/task table that can grow. Usually there's a process to delete old data, but maybe it's not working. I'm thinking the table size info would point you to the right table. You could probably truncate the entire table if you don't need the history info. I see several things in the WyseDB that might be possible. My install just doesn't have enough info yet to be more help.

From the message it seems that the memory is full.I would suggest you to try it on some other machine so that you will come to know if there is a problem in your machine or not.If the problem still exists then I think you should install some other version of the software.
